Hourly Rates
Onsite $30 / hour, minimum 1 hour
Offsite $25 / hour, minimum 1 hour
Projects are planned out and approved beforehand to ensure all parties are in agreement to the costs and anticipated outcomes.
Consumer PC repair work is completed in flat fees. If a fee does not already exist for the service you'd like, the hourly rates apply.

**Recovery times vary and can be extremely lengthy. As a result, onsite recovery is not available and has to be taken to our offices for recovery attempts. No guarantee is made that data can be recovered, and you don't pay unless we recover data. Price may increase if recovery proves increasingly difficult. Customer will have a chance to authorize and approve all fees before work is completed.
